We are Emerald Coast Ebikes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Florida, United States, located at 12273 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Ste. 111, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.

We operate the website https://emeraldcoastebikes.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

We will provide prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you via info@emeraldcoastebikes.com. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

The Services are intended for users at least 13 years of age. Minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution would violate law or require registration. If you access the Services from another location, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Our Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA, etc.), and should not be used if your interactions are subject to such laws.

4. SMS TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

By using Emerald Coast E-Bikes services and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages related to our services.

  • These messages may include but are not limited to:
    • Rental confirmations and receipts
    • Booking and pick-up reminders
    • Return and drop-off notifications
    • Customer support responses
    • Opt-in marketing offers (only if you have given explicit consent)

II. Opt-Out & Revoking SMS Consent

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
  • Sending an email request to info@emeraldcoastebikes.com.
  • Calling us at (850) 760-0454 and requesting to be removed from SMS communications.

Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message stating that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

III. Message Frequency & Charges

  • Message frequency varies based on user activity but will not exceed 10 messages per month for essential service notifications.
  • Promotional messages (if opted in) are limited to one per week or less.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
  • Emerald Coast E-Bikes is not responsible for any SMS-related charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

  • Your SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to unauthorized entities.

5. USER REGISTRATION

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for any purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
